1. Reservation Requests
Submitting a reservation form does not guarantee vehicle availability. All reservations are subject to confirmation by a Motion League Rentals representative.
2. Eligibility
To rent a vehicle, you must:
Be at least 21 years old
Hold a valid driver’s license
Be legally eligible to drive
Meet all age, insurance, and verification requirements as communicated during the booking process.
3. Payments & Deposits
Rental rates, security deposits, and payment methods will be disclosed before confirmation
Security deposits may be required and are subject to inspection outcomes
Failure to comply with rental terms may result in forfeiture of deposits
4. Vehicle Use
Rented vehicles:
Must be used lawfully
Must not be used for illegal activities, racing, or unauthorized commercial purposes
Must be returned in the same condition, excluding normal wear
5. Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellation and no-show policies will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation. Fees may apply.
6. Limitation of Liability
Motion League Rentals is not responsible for:
Personal belongings left in vehicles
Delays caused by weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances
Indirect or incidental damages
7. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel reservations at our discretion, including for safety, compliance, or verification concerns.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
